Ninten 3DS System Update (Version 8.0.0-18U) Now Available

Nintendo of America has released a new 3DS system update in an effort to provide continued system stability and enhanced user experience. The version 8.0.0-18U update details, while seemingly minor, can be found below.

Nintendo of Europe and Nintendo of Japan have also released the minor update under the version titles 8.0.0-18E and 8.0.0-18J, respectively.

Improved system stability and usability:

• Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience.

The 8.0.0-18U update takes approximately five minutes to download and install and will be required the next time your system attempts to access the eShop.
